Angela Montana
“Living a balanced life and nourishing all of the parts that make us whole is key to living a satisfying life. When we ignore, deny or minimize our body, mind, spirit and/or emotions we often feel out of sync. I believe the best therapy is collaborative, positive and open. This is the setting we provide. The outcome is that our clients recognize their innate strengths, identify new perspectives and find ways to nurture themselves and feel balanced.”

“At times we lose the ability to look at life with simplicity. There are many ways to approach various experiences as we go through life on a daily basis. At times, when difficult and stressful times arise, it is helpful to have an objective and trustworthy person to listen to worries and help with developing coping skills our minds and bodies are capable of utilizing, but possibly have not tapped into yet.”
